陳勢安特地選在2009年9月9日舉行《天后》發片發佈會，並量身訂做4位數的紅色西裝，“紅彤彤”示眾希望達到“氣勢如虹”的效果。他的內褲該不會也是紅的吧？讓他微紅了臉否認，“不是！9月9日本身已是好日子，希望我的歌唱事業能長長久久，所以我沒特地穿上紅色內褲取好兆頭。”
那他以後會穿這身紅去表演嗎？“不會，我怕嚇到人，但我會選擇Mix&Match的方式，不會浪費這身行頭。”同門師姐柯以敏和師兄張棟樑特地“獻聲”祝賀，目前在北京定居的柯以敏，希望他早日到中國發片，而張棟樑表示《天后》概念很創新，祝他的專輯銷量勢如破竹。陳勢安表示，有北京歌迷會托這裡的朋友買專輯，讓他也很期待早日到海外發展。
“據我所知，新加坡電台有主動播我的歌曲，公司也計劃把我帶到海外發展，希望明年能如願。”他本身希望以哪個海外市場作為首站呢？“我希望是台灣，因為那對我而言是一個很好的平台。”唱片公司特地送上專屬耳機，讓驚喜不已的他形容公司很“古惑”。“我之前曾表示想擁有自己的專屬耳機，但他們一直推卻，沒想到原來他們早有密謀。”
陳勢安表示，《天后》專輯在8月4日推出，短短2天就賣破1000張，讓他本身覺得訝異。“記得我有天到唱片行找一張英語專輯，結果店員問我是不是陳勢安，然後表示‘我們進了很多你的唱片，很好賣耶！´還現場給我簽了3張CD，讓我覺得備受鼓舞。”
他希望專輯能賣破1萬張，“這是我一直以來的目標，雖然我知道這蠻難的。如果真的賣破1萬張，我希望能開音樂會來回饋歌迷。”難道他不考慮裸泳？讓他卻之不恭表示，“我不會游泳，但我會繼續努力。”
